GBA Capital Association, Asia Elite, Shenzhen Exchanges Association, Shenzhen United Equity Exchange, and Jindao Law Firm jointly co-hosted the event"New Development! New Opportunities! Empowering Specialized and Sophisticated SMEs to Go Global"at the Shenzhen Exchange Group Headquarters, which concluded successfully!
Over 50 enterprises attended the event, and during theBusiness Matching Session, nearly 10 companies successfully established preliminary one-on-one connections with investors.
GBA Capital Association
GBA Capital Association was registered as an NGO in Hong Kong in July 2022. Its core members are seasoned practitioners in finance and professional services within the Greater Bay Area, with expertise in legal, commercial, labour, accounting, banking, and capital markets. Due to the nature of their industries, they have access to business owners and senior executives across various sectors and possess extensive experience in addressing the day‑to‑day challenges of running a company. The Association is committed to providing advisory services and resource matching to its members to the best of its ability.

Facilitating Business Going Global and Landing in China: Assisting enterprises within the Greater Bay Area to expand overseas, and helping businesses from outside the region to establish a presence in the Greater Bay Area.

Providing Professional Services: Given the differences in standards and criteria across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and overseas – including legal, commercial law, accounting, financial systems, professional qualifications, and international law – the Association leverages its core members and invites experts from various professional fields to offer consultation and content to members.

Facilitating Financing and Investment: With support from regional banks, industrial funds, VCs, venture capital, investment banks, securities firms, and other financial institutions, and given the Association’s familiarity with their systems, we strive to match members with relevant financial resources.
